About Tiffany

Tiffany Carrillo joined the Law Offices of Michael Anthony Hernandez as a paralegal in 2016, and has become instrumental in the operation of the office.

Previously, she worked as a paralegal and legal assistant with several high-volume law offices specializing in immigration law in Southern California.

 

Tiffany earned her law degree from Xochicalco University in 2006, and is a licensed attorney in Mexico.  She is adept at legal research, mitigation development, and social media investigations.

 

Tiffany’s knack for organization ensures critical case deadlines are met, and that trial preparation is handled efficiently and effectively.  Tiffany manages case processing (both state and federal), as well as client management and communication.  She takes pride in ensuring clients are properly prepared for upcoming hearings, that they thoroughly understand the status of their case, and that they are fully aware of the strategy the defense team will employ to achieve the desired results.

About Edmond

A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Edmond retired as a U.S. Naval Officer after 21 years of service. He then served as an Operations Executive with Barclays Bank’s London Headquarters, as the General Manager of Glenn Defense Marine Japan, as a Business Manager in Northrop Grumman’s Unmanned Aerial Division, and has served as a Law Clerk with the Law Offices of Michael Anthony Hernandez since 2018.

After passing the California Bar Exam, Edmond published California Bar Exam Essay Rules 2021, which quickly rose to become an Amazon #1 Best Seller.  This developed into a talking circuit, an audio book and an iOS and Android App, and currently forms the backbone of a thriving California Bar Exam Training Program.  Additionally, Edmond has co-authored Adjudicatory Criminal Procedure, Cases and Materials, a law school coursebook for post-arraignment criminal procedure.

 

Edmond holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of San Diego, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

 

In the community, Edmond is an adjunct professor of law (Federal Criminal Practice and Adjudicatory Criminal Procedure) at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and serves as the main coordinator of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Veterans Legal Assistance Self-Help Clinic.  Additionally, Edmond co-founded and sits on the Executive Steering Committee for the Southern California Cambridge and Oxford Alumni Group.
